Full Pack Orders Only
This service is available for full pack orders only. Split pack orders are not eligible for Premium Express Delivery due to warehouse handling and pallet network logistics.
Delivery Charges
Premium Express Delivery is subject to an additional surcharge based on your delivery postcode. Within most standard delivery areas, the surcharge typically ranges between £8 and £20 per pallet, with many deliveries charged at approximately £8 per pallet. The exact surcharge will be confirmed based on your postcode before dispatch.
Availability
Premium Express Delivery is available for most paving slab products, subject to stock availability and delivery restrictions based on location. If you are unsure whether your selected product or postcode qualifies for the service, please contact our customer service team before placing the order.
How to Arrange Express Delivery
You may place your order through our website in the normal way. Once the order has been confirmed, the express delivery surcharge will be arranged separately based on your delivery postcode. Our team will then process the order as a priority and arrange dispatch through the premium delivery network.
Delivery Timeframe
Our delivery partners will normally aim to deliver your paving slabs on the next working day, typically before 5:30 pm. As with all pallet deliveries, arrival times depend on depot routing and local delivery schedules.
Occasional Delays
Premium Express Delivery is arranged through third-party warehouses, pallet networks and delivery depots. Although your order is prioritised within the dispatch system, rare delays may occur due to operational factors such as depot processing volumes or routing adjustments.
Once the premium dispatch process has started, the warehouse and collection depot begin handling the order within their priority workflow. In exceptional circumstances, a one-day delay may occur if a high volume of orders is being processed.

While we make every effort to arrange the fastest possible dispatch, delivery is ultimately carried out by third-party logistics providers. For this reason, Premium Express Delivery surcharges are not refundable in the event of delays caused by external transport or depot operations.
